Akram Ali is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Easy Wisdom. He is a digital marketing and AI consultant, trainer, keynote speaker, author, and educator with 16+ years of professional experience across marketing, digital strategy, consulting, and entrepreneurship.
He has taught and mentored 40,000+ learners across 15+ countries and has been associated with 35+ universities, business schools and EdTech platforms. As a consultant, he has worked with and helped scale 40+ brands. He is also an Amazon #1 bestselling author and content creator whose work has generated 20M+ views across digital channels.
Akram founded The Easy Wisdom as an independent digital publication for thoughtful conversations about life, work, relationships, wellness and contemporary culture. His interest in human behaviour, personal development and society shapes much of his writing and the broader editorial direction of the publication.
Beyond his professional work, Akram is a fitness enthusiast, traveller and musician trained in the Indian classical percussion instrument, the tabla. His experiences across different cultures, professions and stages of life continue to influence his perspective as a writer and editor.
As Editor-in-Chief, he oversees the editorial direction, content standards and growth of The Easy Wisdom while contributing his own perspectives on personal development, career, relationships, wellness and lifestyle.

Priyanka Kumar is the Executive Editor, Author and Advisor at The Easy Wisdom. She is a management consultant, author, speaker and former corporate HR leader with extensive experience in people management, talent strategy, leadership and organizational development.
Her professional career has included roles with organizations such as Infosys, Aditya Birla Group, Sapient Consulting and Monsanto Company. She later transitioned from corporate HR leadership to management consulting, advising organizations on people and talent strategy.
Priyanka is the author of the Amazon bestselling books, including People’s Kafe – Stories of Human Emotions, Endeavors & Inclusion, and People’s Kafe – A Little Slice of Life. Her articles have appeared in publications including People Matters, Times Ascent, and The Easy Wisdom, and she has been a guest speaker at business schools in India.
She holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications and an MBA in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad.

He first gained wider recognition through his appearance on MTV’s Love School Season 4 in 2019 and has since built a substantial digital audience across social media platforms. His Instagram community alone has grown to more than 300,000 followers, while his broader creator presence extends across platforms including YouTube and Snapchat.
Over the years, Sahil has worked across fashion, grooming, skincare, beauty and lifestyle categories and has collaborated with numerous Indian and international brands. His experience also extends to modelling, acting and judging fashion shows and pageants.

Dr. Roli Misra
Columnist, Economist & Academician
Dr. Roli Misra is a Professor and Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Lucknow, with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She also serves as the Honorary Librarian of Tagore Library at the University.
She completed her M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Lucknow and was a batch topper in Economics. Her areas of specialization include gender studies, migration and agricultural economics.
An accomplished researcher and author, Dr. Misra has published extensively on gender, migration, demography, agriculture and development economics. She has authored four books, including Migration, Trafficking and Gender Construction: Women in Transition, published by SAGE Publications.
Her research has included projects supported by institutions such as the University Grants Commission (UGC), Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and National Commission for Women. Her work has examined subjects ranging from gender imbalance and migration to regional development and the economic challenges of marginalized communities.
Dr. Misra’s academic contributions have also received notable recognition. She received the Dr. K. Srinivasan Award from the Indian Association for Population Studies for her research and the Femina Spark Mission Shakti Award for her work on gender.
Beyond academic research, she has explored social issues through documentary filmmaking, addressing subjects including migration, child labour, waste workers, traditional crafts and identity. Her documentaries have been screened at academic institutions in India and internationally.
Dr. Misra also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling and Family Therapy (PGDCFT) from IGNOU, adding another dimension to her understanding of individuals, families, relationships, and human experiences.
